More recently, Rockenschaub has translated his Constructivist and Minimalist visual language into colorful digital animations. Presented on flat, wall-mounted screens, these animations playfully reference painting while simultaneously subverting it. Their rhythmic flickering and simultaneous visual stimuli challenge modes of seeing and heighten the intensity of visual perception.
