The cap is mounted on a\r\n\r\npurple wooden decking, which creates a kind of stage. The aim is to encourage girls, women,\r\n\r\nand those who identify as female to take up space and make the stage their own. Accordingly,\r\n\r\nthe artist is also asking questions about the visibility of and areas provided for women in public\r\n\r\nspaces.
