In it, Anna Witt explores concepts for an optimized work and living environment, drawing an analogy between \u201cwork\u201d (paid labor) and \u201cworkout\u201d (exercise). Using a five-channel video, she interweaves workspaces at Erste Campus, in hotels, and on constructions sites with footage of athletic interventions, forming a fragmentary whole. A group of calisthenics athletes appropriates the buildings and workplaces for their physical exercises. Their arguably most popular and challenging workout is the \u201chuman flag,\u201d in which the tensed body is extended horizontally from a pole.
