He holds a vessel in his hand that, like the crown on his hat, may be an attribute of St. Oswald. However, the figure may also represent one of the Three Wise Men. The sculpture was probably made in the circle of Hans Klocker in Brixen. Regarded as one of the most important South Tyrolean artists of the late fifteenth century, he specialized in altarpieces featuring carved depictions of the Nativity."},"title2":{"label":"Alternative Title","value":"aus der St. Oswaldkirche bei Atzwang (Südtirol)"},"medium":{"label":"Medium","value":"Swiss stone pine, original polychromy, gilded details"},"onview":{"label":"On View","value":"1"},"media":{"label":"Media","value":["https://sammlungtest.belvedere.at/internal/media/dispatcher/162124/full"]},"title":{"label":"Title","value":"A King Saint (St Owald ?)"},"classification":{"label":"Genre","value":"Sculpture"},"primaryMedia":{"label":"PrimaryMedia","value":"https://sammlungtest.belvedere.at/internal/media/dispatcher/162117/full"},"displayDate":{"label":"Date","value":"c. 1500"},"id":{"label":"Id","value":"11575443"},"iiifManifest":{"value":"https://sammlungtest.belvedere.at/apis/iiif/presentation/v2/1-objects-3739/manifest"},"dimensions":{"label":"Dimensions","value":"H: 119 cm"}}]}
